PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Our Resort is located seven miles south of Traverse City on Arbutus Lake #1. Arbutus Lake is a chain of five lakes that connect together and cover approximately 395 acres. Lakes #2, #3 and #4 are all-sports lakes while #1 and #5 are no-wake zone lakes. Beautiful sandy beach with a sandy bottom and gradual slope to deeper water, allowing even the smallest swimmer a safe and enjoyable time. Cottages are one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom. Open year round, weekend and weekly rates, off season discounted rates available. Each cottage has its own appeal. Some cottages are more rustic than others. All are very clean and comfortably furnished. Each kitchen is equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, utensils, dishes and cooking utensils. Each cottage has a grill for guest use and cable television. Comforters and pillows are provided year round however, you will need to bring your own linens and towels. A large common deck overlooks the lake and beach area. Fishing is usually great and offers may species including perch, bluegill, large and small mouth bass, and northern pike. There is a playground area with a swing set, slide, monkey bars and fort. There is also a coin laundry for guest use and a fish cleaning station. pets are always welcome to vacation with their families.

Fully furnished, with full kitchens, rowboat included with cottage. Canoe and kayak, availble no charge.

Guest required to bring their own linens and towels.

RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION
In-season Rates: June 28 - August 30, 2008. Weekly only $600 - $1200 (depending on unit). Go to Cottages in the menu.
Off Season Rates: Daily, weekend and weekly. Stay 2 nights get the third night 1/2 off. $80 - $150 per day (depending on unit).

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made within 60 days of reservation, deposit will be fully refunded less a 10% processing fee if paid by credit card. If cancellation is not made prior to 60 days of reservation, a $250 cancellation fee will be assessed per cottage rented.
