#1 Cottage (Main House) - 3 bedrooms
Our largest and most spacious unit on the property. This three bedroom house has a large kitchen, two full baths, spacious family room to accommodate the three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have full beds while the third has 2 sets of twin bunks another twin bed and a full sized futon. Enjoy your own fire pit and a basement for the extra cargo. This Cottage features a spacious area with 1500 square feet.

#2 Cottage (1 bedroom)
This cute and cozy one bedroom is closest to the water and relaxation deck. Perfect for the couple or single fisherman. It has itís own screened in porch offering panoramic views of the lake.
In season - $600 per week

#3 Cottage (2 bedrooms)
The smallest of the two bedrooms, this unit makes the most of itís limited space. Built-in twin bunk beds are in one bedroom while the other supports a full bed. This unit has a screened in breeze way and a side deck for that evening bar-b-q.

#4 Cottage (2 bedrooms)
Unit four with the nicest patio on the property, gives you the upnorth feeling with knotty pine accents and french doors facing the lake. A spacious family room with two full beds in the bedrooms gives you plenty of space to relax and enjoy.

#6 Cottage(1 bedroom)
Cottage six is a one bedroom set at the top of the hill. A king bed and pullout sofa allows four people to sleep comfortably. A private deck with gas grill is great for those who like their privacy.

#7 Cottage(2 bedrooms)
For those who want their privacy cottage seven gives you lake access with the ability to separate yourselves from the masses. A private deck and fire pit allow you to enjoy the up north air while still being able to see the water.

#8 Cottage(1 bedroom)
Cottage Eight gives you the true feeling of Traverse City decorated in a cherry theme this unit is a one bedroom with a double bed and roomy kitchen. This unit is the only unit without a clear view of the lake.
In season - $600 per week

#9 Cottage(2 bedrooms)
Unit Nine is refereed to as the 'mother ship'. Located right in the center of the property, this large two bedroom has a full in one and two full beds in the other room. A vaulted screened in patio puts you front and center on one of the most beautiful lakes in northern Michigan. A ëmust doí for the multiple cabin rental.

#10 Cottage(3 bedrooms)
This converted two bedroom is the most rustic of them all. With two bedrooms upstairs accompanying a full bed in one and a full with a twin in the other. On the main level a large family/dining room has a love seat and sofa pullouts and the third bedroom has a full sized day bed. This unit can sleep up to 9-10 people. It is located closest to the beach (approx. 50') and sided with real cedar logs.
